Fulton County Historical Society and the Fulton County Historian announce that the opening event of Year of the Glove will take place at Fulton County Museum on Thursday March 28 at 6:30 pm.  The public is invited to view art work on loan from Perth, Scotland students in recognition of the historic ties between Perth, Scotland and our area where Perth farmers versed in tanning and glove making settled in mid 17th century.  Keynote speaker will be Tom Ruller, Gloversville High School graduate who is the New York State Archivist and Stump City Brewing Co. will provide refreshments.             More details on our events page.
